At Eltronic, we are excited to welcome the new educational division and the students who will study there. The education as AP Graduate in Automation Engineering (in Danish: automationsteknolog) fits the projects Eltronic undertake and the technical competencies we seek very well.

“One of our strongest competitive position internationally is the employees, who have both a vocational and a theoretical education. They are great at putting new things together in an innovative way, which is very unique for Denmark”, says Lars Jensen, CEO at Eltronic.

Improving competencies while working
Eltronic was featured in both the morning and evening news on the national Danish TV station TV2. Eltronic’s CEO Lars Jensen and electrician Kaare Ravn explained their take on the possibilities of having the education in Hedensted.

“It means, I can get the education, I would like, without going back to school only to study. I will be able to work in a company while getting my graduate education”, says Kaare Ravn.

An AP Graduate in Automation Engineering is educated in automation and robot technology in combination with industrial operation systems and automatic facilities. Skills they can use to bring even more value to Eltronic’s customers.

“Skilled tradesmen such as electricians with additional competences within automation are in high demand. Being automation specialists, they are able to bring more value to our customers”, says Lars Jensen.
